When requesting a project quote or smart automation consultation via our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property type (Villa, Showroom, Office, Hotel), and custom details regarding the specific rooms or relays you want to automate. This information is securely used by our engineers to customize your project proposal.
2. Home System Offline Privacy
We prioritize local, private controls. When we set up Home Assistant hubs, wired KNX devices, or Zigbee relays, the system is commissioned to operate entirely inside your local home network. GSmart Go or KaniSmart does not collect cloud telemetry of your home switches, temperature states, live camera feeds, or lock actions unless you explicitly activate external third-party cloud bridges.
3. Technical & Server Logs
Our website uses standard server-side logs to trace browser type, referring URLs, and client IP addresses. These parameters are used solely for anti-spam security, server capacity diagnostic audits, and preventing spam submissions on our quote form.
